Appartamento in centro alla cittadina di Calasetta, di fronte al mare del porto, super attrezzato con ogni tipo di utensilie, elettrodomestico, tovagliato etc. Si trova inoltre vicino alla spiaggia di Sottotorre e un'altra spiaggia rocciosa, al supermercato, ristoranti e panificio. Proprietario delizioso e davvero gentilissimo, simpatico e veramente disponibile. Ci ha fatto trovare, tra le altre cose, acqua fredda in frigo e dolcetti saldi. Davvero un soggiorno meraviglioso.

Appartement très propre et fonctionnel. Belle vue mer. Petit patio intérieur. Literie très confortable. Climatisation en cas de forte chaleur mais si on ouvre chaque côté on a un bon air circulant. On peut aller à une très jolie plage à 10, mn à pieds. Des criques sont encore plus près..On peut tout faire à pieds : commerces, restaurants, pharmacie, marché à cinq minutes. C'est l'idéal. Si on prend la voiture on est rapidement sur de magnifiques plages. Et petit plus boulangerie et restaurant juste derrière la maison. Grand calme et parking bus sous la fenêtre très souvent vide où nos ados ont joué au ballon régulièrement.

Tommaso è un padrone di casa eccezionale, ci ha accolti con dei dolci tipici sardi e ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni del caso facendoci sentire a casa. Il parcheggio è gratuito ed nello spiazzi del porticciolo, proprio davanti casa. Ma in casa ci sono già beni di prima necessità

We were very satisfied with Tommy House. It is a clean and well-equipped apartment. There was a beach umbrella and chairs, which was really cool. The host was super kind, even before our stay actually started. We had some problems with a reservation, and the host did the best to help us. We requested a baby chair and cot because we have a little baby. Everything was set up according to our requests. Plus, the host left some refreshment in the refrigerator, so it was very kind. Some visitors wrote in their reviews that there is a possibility to park the car in front of the apartment in the street Via Siciliani. Actually, you can park there, but only for a limited time, like loading and unloading the car. Much better is the free big parking lot, which you can see from the balcony, and it is just a one-minute walk away. We definitely recommend Tommy House, go there because it is perfect!

During our stay we had quite some really warm days and the patio stayed really cool. The appartment came with an umbrella and chairs for the beach which was awesome! The host is super kind and helped us when we locked ourselves out. At arrival he left us some nice cookies and drinks. He also left some milk in the refrigerator for our little one. We also used the washer a lot so that was a big plus. Although you can’t park directly in front of the house there is a really spacious parking at 2 minutes walking distance. With a baby the host arranged all that was needed, a chair, bed, and linnen. In the description it said there was a shared toilet, but there is a toilet for just the appartment. It confused us that we had to share it with other people but that is not the case.

We don’t have much to comment but the WiFi is ok, but not too speedy.

We spent a wonderful week in Sardinia. Since we arrived very late in the evening for the Easter holidays, the owner of the apartment was waiting for us. He awaited us with water, home-made fruit and very tasty cookies. The apartment is completely renovated, comfortable and very clean. Internet works fast enough. I recommend the apartment to all guests.
