Na een dag zon, is de kamer goed opgewarmd. We zitten natuurlijk in de woestijn. Het duurde vrij lang eer de frisse nachtlucht de kamer terug afkoelde.

This is a beautiful riad, built with so much craftsmanship and very nice details. The moment we arrived we were welcomed with a warm hospitality and traditional moroccan tea. The house is very clean and tidy, and the meal they offer was delicious home made food. The desert lies just ten minutes walk away, where we could see the sunrise. There is also a very nice terrace to see the sunset and a beautiful garden with a Berber tent. Thank you so much for the hospitality and are very happy to have stayed in your Riad!

Excellent location, especially for host-organised camel rides into the Saharan sand dunes. Excellent parking. Incredibly kind, welcoming, helpful and hospitable staff. Delicious meals. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Decent WiFi. Outstanding views of the night sky (see my photo of Andromeda Galaxy (centre of image) and meteor streak using just my iPhone). Wonderful breakfast. Great value for money.

Riad Imuhar is the most beautiful place to stay. Hamid built this superb guesthouse with the help of another local craftsman from traditional materials of this area ; Clay plaster over clay bricks , Clay wall interiors with dappled light brown and red hues, such a beautiful natural finish that the grand designs team would be raving about... So much texture , artistic touches everywhere. Large bedrooms with beds thst are so comfortable , perfect pillows . Ornate spacious bathrooms . It's December.and cold here in the mornings and at night. Amazingly , you come through the front door and you feel heat everywhere . There are no heaters ! ..it's the clay walls. Natural storage heaters that emit heat at night and in the summer Vice Versa , the clay keeps the place cool. How about that for eco friendly. Hamid is also a fountain of Knowledge on Amazigh culture. Really Cool. I've learnt a lot from him about the trees that grow in this climate, the language , it's beautiful alphabet. He kniows the desert , has camels and does treks and trips into it. The real deal. He has made me the best meals i've had in Morocco , perhaps ever , garnished with herbs from the garden. A brilliant chef. Large colourful healthy meals..So good. Himself and Maria have been the kindest of hosts. I stayed here an extra day just to be here in this beautiful tranquil house.. You've got the desert outside and can walk right into it..Amazing..so quiet, still ..vast. I highly recomend you stay here. It's beautiful.

Riad Imuhar is a beautiful place it clearly was built with much love. We love Bounou as a location it's such a special area near M'hamid El Ghizlane and Ouled Dris.

There is nothing to fault with the property it's magic.
