Very nice and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, The hotel is very cozy with family-like atmosphere, just a few meters from centre.

"Home-like Masal Hotel has played a major role making our vacation in Büyükada unforgetable."

Everything in offer were near to perfect; it’s location is 8 minutes easy walking distance from the boat pier, yet far from razzmatazz of the island’s commercial center, very quiet and peaceful. It is a small scale, cosy, very clean, homely hotel. The breakfasts were just excellent; can not be better, a mixture of continental and Turkish food, all very fresh and plenty. The owners Messrs. Naim and Bayram were very welcoming, helpful and attendant.

Nothing! There perhaps be few petty items which can be improved, but the attention given to the details to correct them were obvious. 👍

"Superb"

A short walk from the pier, and a shorter walk to nearby restaurants and free swimming spots, about a half-hour walk to a beach. We were given a free room upgrade, receiving a top-story room with a balcony looking out at the sea (and a nearby building being demolished). Large bathroom, sufficient amounts of furniture. Very friendly (but not intrusive) staff. The breakfast was served on the street outside, and had enough vegetarian / vegan options.

One evening wi-fi cut off. The stairs are steep (the building being historical) - fine for us may need to be kept in mind by the less mobile.

Construction on the neighboring streets. Lots of dust. Rooms need cosmetic repairs.

"Excellent"

Staff & property excellent. My room was as expected going by photos. I asked if I could get a room with an outdoor space & the manager changed me over as soon as one became available. Great location so close to shops & restaurants but in a quiet area. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing to not like.
