Good position for all the destinations in Maremma, especially if you are planning to visit all destinations not only beaches

When I left, I forgot my camera in the room. I called immediately the owners to ask if they found it and if they could keep it. I was planning another visit. They said they found the camera, but when I went back few months later they said they could not find it anymore. That was very disappointing, especially because the camera was a good one and I was counting on their help to get it back.

Nuova e ben pulita. Ottima accoglienza e gentilezza da parte del personale. Ben curato anche l'esterno.

A mio avviso andrebbe coibentato il tetto. In stanza troppo caldo (non ci piace usare climatizzatore). Manca qualche dettaglio (bagno senza sapone), ma tutto facilmente rimediabile

The rooms are big. The host was trying to be helpful.

The place is in urgent need of maintenance. The hallway and rooms are not very clean. We weren't able to lock our room, so the host gave us a different one. It did lock, but both rooms were not very tidy. The breakfast is terrible—there is nothing fresh to eat, only yogurt, cookies, and hard bread. The host is also unable to accept credit card payments. If you're looking for a cheap place to sleep for just one night on your way somewhere else, it might work for you. Otherwise, you may want to avoid it.
