"Convenient but the beauty is overshadowed by the factory view"

Newly renovated, clean and professional. As stated there are a lot of stairs up.

The view is directly onto a refinery, so we felt a bit like factory supervisors whilst sitting on the balcony! Parking is a bit tricky on the narrow streets, but we always found some.

Modern, Updated, recently renovated excellent apartment with Balcony, fresh, cleanliness, stocked kitchen, nice showers with washer / dryer, Views, Close to Rema 1000 Grocery

About 30+ Stairs to Apartment, no EV charger on premises, No Microwave in the Kitchen, Renters have to clean up and Dumpster to throw away trash was not on premises or nearby. Zinc / Lead processing plant partially obstructing the view of the Fjord

"Not ideal for families with lots of luggage."

When we first arrived, we were facing a view of a factory, which was disappointing. The access to the apartment was also difficult, as we had to drive up a narrow road. The apartment itself had been renovated, but it was located on a higher level above a staircase, and we had to climb up to the third floor. For a family with a lot of luggage like ours, it was really exhausting. While the apartment was clean, there was no kitchen knife available, so we had to struggle to cut onions using a butter knife from the cutlery set, which was very inconvenient.

"Superb"

Apartment little but cosy and has all u need, silent area even thought factory is so close

Some dust and hairs here and there, there were only towells for 2 persons but we booked for 4 so had to find way to contact owners, it took some time but things were solved

Worst experience ever. When we made the reservation, it was stated that we would receive the self check-in details on the morning of the check-in day. Since we hadn’t received them by then, we started requesting the information during the afternoon, but received no response — not via Booking, SMS, or WhatsApp. We arrived at the accommodation around 6:00 PM, and there was no one on site, nor did we have any information to enter the apartment. We called the property owner, who either ignored or declined our calls, only answering on the fifth or sixth attempt. When we explained the situation, Mr. Peter, in a rude and unprofessional manner, said the details had already been sent and told us to check our inbox — then hung up on us. Doubting ourselves, we rechecked Booking, email, SMS, WhatsApp — and nothing. So we tried to contact him again, but once more our calls were ignored or declined. We then decided to contact Booking customer support, who also tried reaching out to the property owner, but with no success. They proceeded with their protocol and asked us to wait 30 minutes for a response; otherwise, we would need to be relocated to another hotel/accommodation. Right at the 30-minute limit, we received a message from the property owner again telling us to check our accounts, to which we replied the same as before. Shortly after that, Mr. Peter called us — again rudely — asking how he could help. By that point, we were out of patience and repeated what we had already said multiple times. Only then, around 7:30 PM, did he finally provide us with the entry details for the apartment. In the end, we stayed at the accommodation due to the inconvenience of finding a new place at 7:30 PM. At no point did Mr. Peter apologize or explain the discomfort and inconvenience he caused us. Or maybe he intended to do so when he tried to contact us at around 2:00 AM — a call we did not answer.
