TL;DR: My advice? STAY FAR AWAY. This host doesn’t deserve your money, your respect, or your trust. 🚩 Host lies 🚩 Host yells 🚩 Host is xenophobic 🚩 Broken sofa 🚩 Cold apartment 🚩 Kitchen missing essentials Would I return? Not even if they paid me. The long version: I’ve stayed in many places through Booking.com and never had an experience this disturbing. The apartment had multiple issues: Freezing in March — only the living room had heating (via an AC unit). Sofa bed was broken and hard to open — I slept there to avoid freezing, reported the damage with photos (attached here too), and it lacked proper bedding. It was quite uncomfortable btw. The host's response to this? “If you need heating, you need to let us know.” (???) (attached screenshot). Bedroom curtain fell off because the rail stoppers were missing — again, I reported it with video and suggested how to fix it (also see photo). Kitchen was totally unequipped — no cookware, no towels, no trash bags, not even basic cleaning supplies. Anyway, the real problem was THE HOST. On the final day, he insisted on an in-person inspection and ambushed me with accusations. He yelled, blamed me for damages I had already reported on arrival, and then took it further — making xenophobic remarks like “You people from Western countries come here and destroy everything.” He was intimidating, aggressive, and felt like a setup to extort money. I honestly feared he might get physical — I had to yell back and threaten to call the police just to get out of the situation. And then, the cherry on top: he canceled the reservation on Booking.com claiming I never showed up — a complete lie. This host crossed every line — from poor maintenance to personal attacks. I acted in good faith throughout, but was treated like a criminal. Avoid this place at all costs.

Recommendation for this apartment. Spacious,very comfortable bed in the bedroom, kitchen equipped. Everything is clean and disinfected. The kitchen has glasses for water, juice and wine. Dishwashing liquid and a clean sponge. Everything is perfect. Helpful, positive owners with available information.
