Sweet Dream Guesthouse

I can just tell - very disappointing. We were there with 2 small kids, in accommodation which was cold on winter time outside. Besides that it was dusty and really dirty. Our socks were covered in dust just walking trough the rooms. Furniture with stains. Also, owner of that accommodation where unreachable, no answers on calls and messages. When we were able to reach him it was with call from phone of man who is working there and he promised that he will arrive in half an hour. 2 hours later he didn't come and we decided to leave accommodation, even tho we tried to call him again with our phone. No answer again, until massage around 22pm, when we were already headed to home.

Easy to get to/good location

Host was unavailable, gives a money laundering vibe, payment only in cash, gives discount if you cancel on Booking, moldy walls (black mold), not enough toilet paper, thin walls, questionable decoration (nude painting), dirty handles, squeaky (+++) bed, no utensils in a "kitchen".

Clean new room, good heating during winter

The bathroom had a smell coming from the drain, but once we poured water down it it was gone for a bit so try doing that

Calm

Just a nice walk away from the city center. Easy to find a free public parking place on the street. Spacious room. Great staff, always available and helpful.

Broken window shades. Rust in the bathroom drawer. Broken sofa, not appropriate for sleeping anymore - we reserved the apartment for 3 persons, and the third was supposed to sleep on this uncomfortable sofa.
