Oak Village

Private, Quiet. Acces to Hotel Onsen and the Hotel Restaurant. Plenty of shuttle buses to various resorts. Walking distance to Restaurants. The gentleman at the reception helped arrange transport of our skis to Sapporo. Very kind and helpful. Hotel Bus took us to the Happoo Bus Station Transfer Location. Unit has a washer/dryer combo.

The roof was very close to the small mezzanine bedroom in the unit. But it was shown on the images, but it was little. The other bedroom and the rest of the cabin was really well set up otherwise. Very comfortable, warm and was well equipped. The hosts were very helpful in providing information and helping us to organise a larger Van to transport 5 of us plus luggage

Self contained, all the amenities we needed, daily cleaning

Check in process was a little confusing, no communication in advance of our stay and incorrect information on the listing

Location very close to echoland Main Street and shuttles stop out front. Great amenities and on site onsen is amazing

Snow overhanging entry to door was a little sketchy

Room was nice

Heating did not work very well the reverse cycle air conditioner does not heat the room at all

Close to most resorts for skiing and restaurants

The beds in the loft were very hard. Could have used a few extra pillows.
