Hotel was conveniently located. I like the rate of extension check out hour by hourly rate.

I was not prepared as the room does not issued with in-room slipper, no toilet paper, no toothbrush. The TV was out of order in fazing black and white screen. The air con was not circulating throughout the room and only feel it at the bed directly below it. For exchanging of used towel to new towel, there was a charge of RM$10 for an exchange of new towel. To work around my solution with no slipper, I purchased a second hand/used slipper from staff at RM$10. No allowance was given to extend checkout for 30 min. I paid for RM$10 to extend an hour and eventually I extended 3 rounds for 3 hours till 3pm. Lastly the room could hear the Pesta Kuantan clearly on Friday night through Sat early morning 2am. Sleep and comfort were compromised. I may not know if replacement of soap, coffee sachet required any charge fee.
