Buona posizione vicino al mare.

Bagno pessimo, scarico wc malfunzionante, doccia con tenda su due lati e assenza di doccino regolabile causano continui allagamenti.. Cucina datata e rovinata... Armadi rotti.. Non sono state fornite le regole della casa e non è stato fornito il calendario dei giorni di raccolta dei rifiuti. Sconsigliato!
