This is a lovely modern apartment in a fantastic location! The apartment was very clean and the building was clearly well looked after. Riccardo was also really helpful.

The bathroom fan was rather noisy, and the apartment would benefit from another mirror - to avoid fighting over the bathroom mirror! 😂

Beautiful apartment in the best location. Riccardo was very attentive to our needs. The location was a short 5 minute walk from the train and bus station. The location was only 2 blocks from a large Lidl supermarket that has everything you need. The kitchen was wonderful to have, and the air conditioner was super cold. We have been in the travel industry for 45 years, and this is a gem. I recommend this apartment highly for anyone needing to stay in Palermo. Thank you Riccardo for a fabulous stay in Palermo Also, the refrigerator was large and super cold, which is hard to find in Europe.

Near lots of great bars and restaurants, easy to get to the main tourist sites and right by the train station. Riccardo is a very communicative host, self check in and out was easy and he gave some great recommendations on restaurants and bars.

A beautiful apartment located just steps away from the historic part of town. Very close to a bus stop, and easy walking distance from the train station. There's a grocery store two blocks to the south to buy food and drinks if you want to have dinner in the apartment. The host is very attentive, the instructions he gave were clear, and everything functioned as it should. I definitely recommend these accommodations.

Wonderful large apartment close to bus and rail station. Also close to tourist area. Busy road outside but safe and secure building and surprisingly quiet inside. 10/10.
