Nice rooms

Very good central location.

People, location near duomo square and piazza Di republica were very convenient. The kitchen and room were lovely and comfortable.

Cold and damp. The room had a musty smell that was noticeable upon entering. Marble floors were beautiful but, again, cold and damp that did not change even with the heat from the mini-split heat pump.

Location is fantastic. People are very nice. A few stairs but not many. not really a first floor. Very clean. Arranged taxi very well for our departure.

We had to call when we arrived to get instructions for the lock box. It took about 5 minutes to get through. We would have preferred to have a text with the lockbox instructions but they seem to have had problems with people not knowing how to work those in the past. Perhaps could ask the guest, ahead of time, if they would be happy with the lock box instructions in a text message rather calling. We are kind of used to using lock boxes!
