Ricci Rooms

The staff was amazing, super friendly and very willing to fulfill all of our requests. The rooms are very clean and get cleaned daily, so you'll always have new towels and sheets when coming back to the hotel. The location is perfect to see Genova regardless of the time of day. Everything was great if not perfect.

The location was excellent. Our room looked over Piazza Colombo. The lift is very quirky - 1 person and two suitcases capacity! The staff were all friendly and helpful. The station was a five minute walk away, with access to the Metro too. Plenty of restaurants close by, including Il Genovese which was visited by Stanley Tucci in his Visiting Italy TV series. Would recommend La Genoise for breakfast - busy cafe with friendly staff and lots of lovely pastries. MOG Mercato Orientale was right on the doorstep and was a fabulous food market with bars and cafes in the centre. Genoa is a lovely town for walking about.

There are a few stairs to ascend before you reach the lift so probably not good for people with mobility problems - fine for us though.
