Contracted large Bucket trucks motors running at 5-6 am made sleeping in impossible and found parked in a handicap park space. Cigarette butts found near outdoor walkways spilled sticky cream coffee spilled on the walkways in front of the room entrances the bathroom ceiling in my 1st level room was leaking from 2nd story bath/ shower with Avia‘s water staining & peeling paint, I was concerned to take a shower due to the obvious wet and soft ceiling drywall.
