"Great holiday let"

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fionn house. We will certainly recommend it to our friends. We liked the fact it is situated in a quiet cul de sac with off road parking and it had a garden with patio furniture to enjoy the sun. The host is very friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Very clean and not dusty at all which was a boost as I have allergies. Beds were comfortable and clean. Sheets smelt fresh

Doors were just a bit loud as they were fire doors but no other complaints

The location was perfect for us as we were meeting family in the area Thank you for ensuring coffee was provided, we forgot to bring that! Nice quiet area

This was our 2nd stay here. The property has driveway parking, its very near shops superstore and petrol station. It has great easy access to A1 north and south, mins from A66. It has 3 bed rooms, 1 ensuite, 1 bathroom and 1 WC. Perfect for family living.

Only thing I dislike is out of the owners control- the birds having a trampoline session in the morning! It must be because of their young, as we didn't have any birds bouncing on the car windscreen ( literally laughing at their reflection)last time 😂 to be honest its a small price to pay for a great property and great communicative owner/property manager.
