"Calm relaxing holiday in a comfortable bungalow."

There was a welcoming feeling with a card and basket of goodies on arrival. The property was in a quiet location but close to the farmhouse so that help was on hand if we had needed it.

The property was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped and there was information on nearby places to visit, plus wildlife such as hares, deer and various ducks and birds.

Peaceful secure location. Lovely views and walks with lots of wildlife around. The cottage is very well equiped, clean, attention to detail for guests is a lovely touch ( a welcome board with your names on and a welcome pack) we would definately go back.

It was so relaxing lovely place very quiet lots of walks and wildlife a short drive to Woodhall spa loved the place so comfy and welcome basket n sign was lovely

Excellent communication in advance of our stay and during our stay. The accommodation was very well presented and clean and was perfect for our family with bedroom space, a well appointed kitchen / dining room and a comfortable living room. There was also private outdoor space. The views from the location were beautiful. The hosts made us feel very welcome, including some local products being provided.

"Everything you could want to added luxury"

We have stayed at the stables before. Very high standard property. The beds are super kings with luxury bedding. The property is large and airy. The kitchen is has every thing you could need . Very quiet location gorgeous views. The welcome pack is very generous. We will be back. PS We saw Owls, birds of prey , deer and swans from the garden.
