Clean, neat property with plenty of space and close to the high street and the beach

It probably needed an extra fan in the lounge area. We brought one of our own so didn’t have to carry one down from the bedrooms

It was very clean, the kitchen was modern and well equipped. Being a relatively new house it also had excellent shower and bathroom facilities . The bedrooms were a good size and had plenty of hanging and storage space.

Unfortunately there was a problem with the TV controller which was an issue especially for the children. We managed a workaround on the second day but viewing was limited to my Netflix account as we just found it too difficult navigating the button under the TV set. In warmer weather this would not have been such an issue but due to it being late November the dark nights and cold weather meant we spent more time indoors.

Lack of curtains in the main bedroom

A lot of spider webs around all the windows and balcony area which should have been cleaned, there is no provision of hanging your towel/clothes in the middle bathroom-should have been hooks attached to the door and no shower screen on the bath tub. The third single bedroom has no shelves or anything to hang your belongings and the mattress on the bed is very soft and uncomfortable

Property had everything we needed to be comfortable. We loved the space, the kids loved the board games and books. We liked the utility room and laundry facilities. Also made good use of the milk frother! Convenient for the station and grocery shopping.

The kids / small room with single bed and trundle was too bright. The room had blinds which is a hazard to the kids. We wished it had black out curtains. We ended up putting mattresses in the other two bedrooms instead of using the room.

This is an absolutely beautiful house which is very well appointed. There's everything you might need in the kitchen. Lots of room too. The bedrooms are of good size and the kitchen/living room space is a lovely area. There is plenty of space for three cars to be parked out the front and a cute little back garden where you can sit and have your morning coffee. Just be mindful if anyone visiting has limited mobility as it's a town house so there are many stairs to negotiate. This property is also perfectly located for access to the high street.

I was in the master bedroom and I found the bed too hard but the worst thing for me were the pillows. They were extremely fat and solid. It made me wish I had taken one of my own. The lack of shower screen in the family bathroom made showering a bit of a tricky experience avoiding getting the whole room wet.

The balcony was like a scene from arachnophobia with all the cobwebs which I swept and not to be picky the windows could have done with a clean also the entrance carpet needs renewing and the entrance sweeping
