The place is located near the action zone, several restaurants, money exchance, and shops near to it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is under construction, so a bit of noise between 9am and 4.30pm. Remember, always ask for a discount!

Ostensibly a decent enough hotel, but a few disappointments. The room was never cleaned during our stay, and clean towels, tissue paper, etc., was never supplied unless requested. While breakfast was included during our stay, a separate menu was provided for the "included" breakfast, with minimal servings available.

I stayed there for 2 nights in April 2014. Location of the hotel is great, with lots of other hotels and guesthouses in the area. The night market/pub street is 2 mins walk from the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, recommendable for single travelers or people traveling with friends or on budget. It costs 5 USD for tuk-tuk ride from airport to the hotel. The staff also helps you to hire a tuk-tuk for a day trip of Angkor area (I paid 15 USD for short trip but it covers all major stops).

I expected better service for the money I paid. My friends stayed in a hostel room nearby paying 2,5 times less than I did. And conditions (cleaness, comfort, working AC in the room) there were a way more satisfying than in this hotel.

The location is perfect, the room reasonably clean but there is not much choice from the breakfast menu.

I have given the hotel an overall rating of 4/5, mainly because of its location in Siem Reap (and short waking distance to everything in the centre), which is a wonderful place to visit for its historical tourist attractions. However, I was disappointed with the standard of the room and feel I probably could have got better value for money in a town where the cost of living is very low. There was no refrigerator. The mattress was uncomfortable. The TV looked very dated and was not working for the first couple of days.

For a budget hotel , it is a great deal. Located right in the heart of Siem Reap a short walk to Pub street and the night markets. Breakfast is fine and included, the internet works great. The front desk is helpful. Don't expect luxury at this price, but well worth what we paid.

The staff was very sympathic and helpful. The guest house is close enough to Pub street and the night market to go walking and far enough to be quiet.
