La habitación es muy amplia y está limpia. El hotel tiene una linda piscina y te dejan Café de cortesía por la mañana. El hotel está ubicado en la zona de la Cañada por lo que es muy lindo caminar por allí (recomiendo esa zona antes de hospedarse en el centro qué no es muy lindo), pero para comer es una zona con precios elevados, pueden buscar mejores opciones en el centro.

El personal es muy poco amable, sobretodo las mujeres de recepción que no contestaban al saludo, pero el resto todo bien

"Struttura ottimale per passare qualche giorno a Palenque"

Ottima posizione per stare a Palenque, vicinissima alla stazione ADO e ai ristoranti più carini della città. Inoltre la zona è immersa nel verde. La struttura è dotata di tutto anche se un po' datata.

"Single mom finally gets to relax!"

My kids loved the 2 levels pool! It was so relaxing as a single mom to be able to do my work poolside and watch them easily. Staff was super helpful and speaks English which was helpful as a minimal Spanish speaker. Cleaners made our room neat and tidy every day. And the air quality is so fresh being surrounded by trees!

We went back a second time and the downstairs level room we received was a bit musty with no window to outdoors, however it was one night so it wasn't a huge deal.
