We left and locked the door (we triple checked) and when we came back after the festival, so like at 3 am, and the door had been left unlocked by the cleaning staff. Unaceptable as we had valuabes in the room. There was no toilet paper when we arrived and we had to come down and ask. Under the bed it was full of dust and cotton and the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking, leaving a puddle on the floor constantly. The water took ages to heat so we took cold showers all the time.
