Tiare Villa Ubud by Dhananjaya Hospitality

We booked this villa to relax and escape the busy center of Ubud, but our stay was a huge disappointment. Every morning we were woken up at 6:45 by barking dogs and loud construction noise right next to our room, despite the manager’s promise to resolve this. After the first night, he assured us that the problems would be fixed, so we decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, the second night was even worse, so we filed a complaint and left one night early. The bathroom was filthy and poorly maintained. The walls were covered with green mold, damp stains, and limescale, and the floor and corners were dirty. This is nothing like the photos shown on Booking.com. I’ve attached pictures to show the actual condition, unacceptable any price range. The worst part was that the manager promised a full refund for all 3 nights (both in person and over the phone) due to these issues. In the end, only 1 night was refunded via Booking and now he ignores our messages.

Gorgeous, quiet location

Very little to dislike, only downside was Grab drivers hesitant to drive the small distance of dirt road (less than a km).

The place was super beautiful—very clean, peaceful, and just really nice overall. We loved how quiet the area was, perfect for relaxing. The staff and caretakers were all so kind and helpful. They were always quick to reply to any questions or requests, and just really made us feel at home. For the price, it was totally worth it. Would definitely recommend!

None but it would be nice if they provided room slippers and have a better lighting in the bathroom as it’s too dim to use at night

Long way from anything like shops. Paint coming off the walls got all in our bags as no place to store stuff. Pebbles in the shower is painful.

We absolutely loved the private pool and lush garden, which made the whole stay feel so serene and exclusive. Every morning, we were greeted with a delicious breakfast, served right to our villa – a lovely touch that made our mornings extra special. The location is also ideal – peaceful and quiet, yet just a short drive to all the great spots in town. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, helping us with everything from transport arrangements to restaurant recommendations. Tiare Villa is the perfect choice for couples, families, or anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious retreat in Bali. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

The spaciousness, the silence, the bathroom ... the amazing bath.. the views of the rice terraces... the privacy.. the big bed in fact just about everything made us feel like royalty.

Everything about this villa was very beautiful. Spending time there made me completely recharge and refresh myself. - Beautiful Garden with a lot of nature and good size of swimming pool. - Special bathroom with bath tab with glass wall, great water pressure and really hot water. - Glass ceiling in the bathroom. Very bright in the daytime, then you can see stars at night. - Simple but sophisticated interior decoration. - Smart TV so you can watch Netflix, Prime video, YouTube etc etc. - Mini bar(fredge) in the room so you can keep your drink cold. - Multiple power source by the bed. - Fast wi-fi. - Breakfast with your preference. - The best part is the staffs there. Each of them has such a great hospitality. They accommodated many things before I ask.

Nothing that I don’t like about. One thing I can share with future guest is the path to the Villa get really narrow at the end, so go slow when you drive a big car.

Kind and friendly staff. Very peaceful and hidden away. Great view of the rice field.
