Main bed was so comfortable. Nice and quiet. Daughter didn't like the sulphur smell that Rotorua is known for, however you didn't get it at this location.

"A Pleasant stay."

The place was light and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the facilities were great. Kitchen was well equipped, and the bathroom was spacious and even came with a washing machine. The owner's while living on the property, were very discreet. We enjoyed our stay at this property and the pictures on booking.com don't do it justice.

Well presented and fitted out. Son really enjoyed his interaction with the cat and the chickens that were wandering around.

Finding two bags with mouldy bread in the cupboard (obviously missed during a clean up).

Clear instructions. Comfortable queen sized bed. Well equipped kitchen. Overall very clean. Nice quality bed linen and towels. Free eggs too!!

The shower water pressure and heat was a bit challenging to keep consistent.
