Staff here was fantastic. It was clear, they were all interested in running a top quality hotel and wanted me to be happy and comfortable.

WiFi was a per device code, and didn't allow me to use my internal virtual switch and firewall. As annoying as that was, it won't stop me from going back, even when I will need WiFi. I'm an edge case, this is something most people won't find to be an issue at all.
