Mooie locatie in het oude centrum, op 5 minuten afstand van het mooie kathedraal. Appartement was erg netjes en compleet, voorzien van koffie, mineraal water en wat sapjes in de koelkast. De andere genoemde faciliteiten op Booking.com. waren ook aanwezig en netjes. Christina, de host was erg behulpzaam en reageerde heel snel op berichten. We hielden contact via WhatsApp. Verder was ze ook erg flexibel. Toen we om een verlenging van check out vroegen naar 2 PM in plaats van 10.30 AM, kon dat zonder problemen of extra kosten.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Apartment in einem alten Gebäude direkt im Zentrum. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell erreichbar.

Very nice apartment, spacious, bright and modern, tastefully decorated with many closets and accessories washing machine, dryer, etc... Located just a few minutes from the historic centre. Cristina and Sabrina have been wonderful hosts; friendly, resolute when we needed anything, always ready to help. Thank you Cristina and Sabrina for everything!

There is everything we could’ve needed, such as wishing and drying machines, fully equipped kitchen, towels, ac, big bed etc.

Can be noisy sometimes

After a long reaserch we decided to stay at ChiChi Home, this was the best choice we could make. Fantastic property, location and host. We will be back for sure. All appliances you may ever need are in place. And foremost the best / quiet location. Cristina, the host is very nice and helpful and will not bother you when not needed. We loved our stay and recommend this place to everyone. Honestly best booking you can do in Palermo. Ohh and some other bad reviews are a joke, air con works enough for the weather, hot water always works (when you understood how it works in Palermo/Italy). You are few steps from Palermo Cathedral and main footpad to Qatro Canti. It is 20 minutes from Central Station (on foot) but anyway all you want to see and experience in Palermo is few steps away from ChiChi Home. Few minutes walk down the main footpath you get to bus stop of 101 and later 806 bus that takes you to Mondello (highly recommended best beach in the area). We stayed there for 2 weeks and loved the place more everyday, only regret is that we had to move out to come back home ;) Ohh and our decision was not to take car for the stay, and since the location we did not miss it and actually experienced more than we would with the car (also there is ZTL zone in Palermo where you must Pay 5€ a day to be there with the car plus many payed parkings per hour) so again this property in central area is a top place and no need for car unless you want to go to centre of the Sicily some small towns. Any way, 10 out of 10, highly recommended by us, we’ll be back for sure! Ciao!

Very nice apartment in a historic building near the Cathedral. Contact with the owner is very good, the apartment is clean and modernly furnished. There are many cafes, restaurants, small shops and bakeries nearby. We spent four nights here and we are satisfied.

The air conditioning in the living room needs repair because it is leaking slightly. Television outside streaming is very poor, so if you like to listen to Italian news in the evening ;) it will be poor.

The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. It was right in the centre of the old city and we loved it!

Cute, adequate apartment with kitchen stocked with everything you need. Water & extra drinks chilling in fridge on arrival. Having a washing machine was fantastic! So many streaming choices on tv. Christina & her Mum Sabrina helpful & quick to respond. Very well run.

One aircon a bit of an issue during a very hot Summer.
