The hosts were good natured but they cheated me.

No proper invoicing, the hotel has no idea about GST and its existence, even water was not provided without charge. Moreover, the property is located in an extremely remote area. We booked the whole property for 2 days and paid the whole amount upfront. Wherever there could be extra charges, they applied and we paid. Even till the end date when the property didn't provide us anything extra and we had 14 people instead of 13, they charged us for one extra person (this is when we didn't ask for any extra bedding). Yet, the bill they sent cannot be used under GST act since it is a bill and not an invoice. The set up seems illegal and is only existing to swindle people of their money. In the end, you may choose to rush out of the property before the booking is complete simply because the trip is ruined with this kind of hosts' attitude. There are no limits to their satisfaction when it comes to money. There were cheaper properties I could have gone for and at this time I wish I had done that.
