Very cozy and well maintained. The host is a sweet person who was always there to help whenever we texted her. All the rooms have balconies so you can see beautiful view of Tbilisi. They provided us clean blankets and towels and everything else we need. And it’s right next to Carrefour. Would definitely book this place again in future❤️
