"Passable"

Quite noisy as I couldn't sleep early. The room wasn't in suit and I couldn't get hot or hot water from the bathroom and the hand basin in the room

"Poor customer service"

I called twice to get the code to get into the room and the bar maid just hung up on us. I was then unable to get into my room.

I arrived quite late at Shakers Inn, but when I entered I was being overblown by the warmth & friendliness by the friendly staff. One of the staff members even gave me lift to Harwich International, which I also find really kind!
