Very lively bar downstairs. Friendly people. Room quieter than expected ...

Room very quiet except when people emptied bottles in bottle bin below window .....

I found no problems with the property , good location with parking , friendly staff, cozy bed , tea / coffee making facilities, excellent price compared to other properties , mine was a flying visit so arrived latish and left first thing , nice pint of Stella in the bar , no issues. Would definitely stay there again thanks

Shared bathroom but i knew that before i booked , the lowest wattage lightbulb i have ever seen in the lamp !!! And finally the toilet lid hinge needs some oil !!!

Excellent location

Bed sheet clean and mattress comfortable.

Heating was ON and could not be turned off. This made the room very hot. Hotel provided a vent, but they seemed aware of the issue and just going with it. Also rooms are on top of a Pub. SO, if it is hot and you are going to keep the window open, prepare for it.

This was a convenient location very near Harwich town train station It was a good price Decent size single room with everything I needed

Bed needs new mattress - some springs have sprung. There is poor sound insulation for a venue that has loud music go on quite late
