Hotel Ambavgarh Palace

Hotel room was not actually the way what we saw on website while booking. Hotel bathroom doors did not had lock from out side, was broken and was open all the time . Bathroom was not as expected very poor designed actually not designed at all and old fashioned cemented bathroom, no hygiene. Stains wre every where on the floor.

Mr Karan was extremely helpful and kind given the situation we landed up there at 6.30am.

The staff was wonderful and helpful. The surrounding area is also good.

The property could have been maintained a little more.

Room was very pleasant with the ambience and bathtub will really recommend to stay once here

At the first day , There was cockroaches and mouse in the room , TV didn’t work and no WIFI , so for me with children and family was disastrous. No Towels were given , For Room cleaning you had to mention every day . During booking was mentioned only pay at the property but i received call and saying that we have to pay now otherwise room will not be reserved. I would strongly not recommend this place at all.

Just the staff behaviours was good.

The room is very bad., 1 ac is provided , for 2 rooms . The comot is broken and bathroom is in very bad condition. There is no dustbin provided.

Curtains can be changed in room as it's see-through from outside, cleaning could be more better

I liked that they have old touch in the property… though the rooms were not fancy but it was clean and tidy. room service was really very good and main thing it felt like we are staying at home and not at hotel. all tourist points are very near . you can city Udaipur city from the room itself.
