Hotel Cedar

We arrived late around 11pm – we booked two rooms and they gave us one. After clarification, we were eventually given two rooms. However the person at reception had to go through every vacant room to find us two clean rooms. You would assume that they would have done this preparation prior to our arrival. One room did not have a working AC and the other room's bathroom was covered in dead bugs. During the night loud noises were coming from the exterior of my room; people walking up and down outside the window, and what sounded like banging. The next morning when we asked about breakfast he said it was not included even though we paid for rooms + breakfast. We decided to leave and find a different hotel. I would not recommend this hotel. The location is not great, the staff are unorganized, the AC did not work, one room had dead bugs, and the other one had long hairs in the bed.

MR Jaga is helpful such as other members of the staff. Breakfast was nice. Bed was comfy. Shower was nice western

In short: -No terrace for the room -Mouse -Loud metal banging -Laundry fail So I wanted to book a place with terrace, i have put a filter on booking.com. Then I arrive and there is no terrace. There is a garden in front of the entrance though. When we had breakfast they brought us chairs and table but otherwise no furniture to sit down after all day going around in the city. Anyways after checkin I had a living mouse in my room so I changed rooms. Unfortunately my new room was close to the neigbour which is the service part of the wedding place. And after the events they are packing LOUD metal things until around 1 am so I couldnt sleep early the first 2 nights. Last night luckily there was no event. Then we gave our laundry and when we got it back almost all was stained with chloride and the compensation did NOT cover the cost of the clothes.

breakfast was included as genius customer, but the staff was not aware of this. Also they dont have standard breakfast, you order and they cook for you so tell them little in advance. Location was perfect as we had gone to attend matches at the SMS indoor stadium.

There is no board saying Hotel Cedar at thelocation, but the taxi, Uber people know the address so that still went ok.
