Very cosy and thoughfully decorated room labelled monkey paradise by our kid 7yo. Owners couldn't be more helpful and their art studio is worth a visit! Perfectly located in the heart of lively and lovely town surrounded by Peak district highlights :-)

I have to stay in Matlock for work sometimes and this is my go to. It's warm, cosy, welcoming and the bed is really comfy. I really appreciate the milk and crumpets, so I know I don't have to head out.

Nice to have the crumpets, tea coffee etc ...kitchen very well kitted out for such a small area

We were not able to park our car at the side as lots of timer there. this wasn't a problem on the day as we found a space on the side road
