Great communication from the host before, during and after our stay. Nice touch was the milk and crumpets.

I've stayed here a couple of times now for work and will definitely stay again. The room is warm, clean and comfortable and it has a lovely relaxing and welcoming feel that feels somehow like getting home at the end of a busy day. The style is rustic and quirky, but it's all very nicely done, well equiped, hot shower and very comfy bed.

We visited on the coldest weekend of the year, it was only 8 degrees in the room when we arrived. We were going to a party so we had to quickly change, turned up the electric heater in the room and went out. When we got back at midnight it was still only 12 degrees. By the next morning it was 14. We quickly got up, got dressed and left. Afterwards the owner said that we should have told them, but there was no time for that and we think the heating should have been on when we arrived

It was so cosy the kids loved it, loved all the wooden features in the room the bathroom was lovely

At night we struggled to find it due to not seeing road signs but that wasn’t anyone’s fault other than it been dark

It had everything we needed it was cosy and helped us have the family time that we needed!
