DEDie Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war super!Das Essen in ihrem eigenen Restaurant hervorragend. Das Zimmer war zwar nicht gross aber mit Allem was man benötigt. Viele kleine Details vorhanden und das Bett super bequem. Alles war sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und der Ausblick von der Terrasse atemberaubend. Man ist direkt an der Vikosschlucht. Sehr zu empfehlen, Dankeschön :-)

Booking shows the location 2km from Papigo but in reality is around 16km!! Also, Booking indicates that “fireplace is a top feature of this double room”. On arrival, the owner asked “an extra charge of €20 given the Rising costs and Booking charges “ !!!!!!! You can imagine my great surprise and disappointment 😡
CHDer Blick von der Terrasse in die griechischen Alpen ist atemberaubend! Ich sass da viele Stunden mit Buch und meine Augen waren über die Hälfte der Zeit nicht auf das Buch, sondern die Landschaft gerichtet. Vikos ist ultra klein, was ich persönlich sehr gemütlich finde. Im April war ich froh, dass ich am Abend die Heizung anmachen konnte, wenn es draussen kalt wurde, war es drinnen schön warm. Den Zimmerschlüssel habe ich mit gutem Gefühl die ganze Zeit aussen stecken lassen, denn klauen tut hier sicherlich niemand.
CYWe had an absolutely wonderful stay at Foris House in Viko. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The host was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our experience special. One moment that truly stood out was when we asked about sweets—although none were available, he thoughtfully prepared yogurt with honey and nuts for us at no extra charge and personally brought it to our room. It was such a simple gesture, yet it meant so much and perfectly reflected his hospitality. Everything about our stay was comfortable and welcoming. We highly recommend this place and would gladly return. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

USVery special place!! Located right at the end of the hiking trail through Vikos Gorge from Monodendri to Vikos, perfect after a long hike. The balcony has a beautiful view and the room is very cozy. The hosts are very nice and helpful too. I would definitely recommend this place.
