Excellent location right in the middle of the old town, within the old castle walls. Amazing view of the lake from the balcony. There is a small but well-equipped shop right around the corner, for anything more the bigger shops and restaurants are 10 or so minutes away, although there is also a basic shared kitchen outside the room if you want to use that. Room was decently big with everything you need, comfy beds, plenty warm in the winter with only AC heating, bathroom also quite spacious. Host was amazing and really kind too.

There was no soap in the bathroom, the place was a bit dusty from the AC blowing all the time (we were required to keep it on as setting it up again is a major hassle), the shower had a leak but the host gave us some spare towels to collect the water, the water temperature was somewhat difficult to set up for showering, but overall very minor faults.

The hosts were great and very welcoming. They let me check in early, without any additional costs which was really helpfull. We had an issue with a broken lock, but they were very responsive and did they apsolute best to fix the issue right away. The location is great.

Maybe the apartments need a bit of work, the issue with the warm water in the shower should be fixed, but all in all it was a great stay and the hosts were kind and available for any problems.

The mattress on the bed is very bad and uncomfortable.
