Breakfast was free...although it was supposed to be paid. Pleasant surprise :-) Breakfast was plentiful. The area was nice and quiet (apart from the stray dogs).

The creaky floor, lack of air conditioning, poor lighting, no bottle of water in the room. The cleanliness on the balcony and in the bathroom could be improved.
