"Exceptional property well maintained"

Very clean and modern in a nice quiet area. Everything you needed for a stay. Supermarket and shops within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again

"This was perfect for us, clean, tidy and great facilities."

Great facilities and location.

Not much to fault really. Just needs a better clean in some areas and the sofa bed is very uncomfortable. A fold out bed would be better as it could be easily stored downstairs in the large cupboard.

Excellent location, excellent facilities, and comfortable beds. Would recommend the accommodation.

The sofa was a bit uncomfortable when watching television. Owners should consider changing the sofa. Would have given a 10 out of 10 if the sofa had been comfortable.

"Great for couples and weekend stays"

Tidy little house in a really quiet, modern area. Supermarket very close by. Coded door lock so no keys to worry about.

Very little cleaning products in the house for toilets etc. No welcome pack although the owner assured me there should have been one. Garden needed weeding. Not the comfiest sofa.

"Great stay."

Great location for the University as we were visiting for an event. The house is very comfortable and in a quiet location. We had everything we needed for a great stay. Communication was good and questions answered promptly.

Quiet location, very comfy beds. Clean property, great equipped kitchen. Bathroom very clean. The whole house was very clean and nicely equipped, Very good contact with the host when I had questions. Very easy check-in process and really no issue at all. I highly recommend the place. There are shops very close by and restaurants and plenty of take away if u need to.

No paper towels in the kitchen but this is only suggestion to the host? Sofa although very beautiful, wasn't comfortable at all and wouldn't fit more than 2 people - but again we all have different taste so its only suggestion ?
