Harbour Terrace Luxury Apartments

The facilities were value for money and with an optimal location at a walking distance to V&A waterfront. The security guards at reception are very friendly and resourceful. The place is quiet.

I) The staff / agent arrived later than we had agreed to drop the keys and we could not access the property. The instructions were also not clear. II) The pictures on booking.com suggest that the place has a gym. However, the staff were not aware of any such gym in the property or the vicinity. We eventually found a gym in the property which was rusty and poorly maintained. III) The place also doesn’t look as advertised. It looks significantly more luxurious in the pictures.

Very well situated and beautifully furnished!

We waited more than half an hour for someone to open up for us. Then we had to wait 20 minutes for him to take pictures of everything in the apartment. Would recommend aircon.

Bedding was dirty and apartment was dusty.

Furniture and cleanness of the unit

Space was a bit tight for us and the sliding door didn't close properly which created wind noise at night and was disturbing our sleep and bringing cold Air into the unit.

So beautifully done, attention to detail was amazing. The hosts were so helpful and willing to assist with any queries. I will definitely stay at this lovely apartment again.

I would suggest two items for the place, a counter top dishwasher and aircon. It will be very hot in summer and could be easily heated in winter. two more load shedding lights would be a big help too.
