I like the price of the hotel, but I did not like the fact that the lady would walk around and knock on people's doors an hour before they even checked out to see if they were staying or not. I have children sleeping and she woke them up before I had the car packed which was very frustrating because I'm a single mom. also they had a huge snow storm come and when the storm came she had them come do the parking lot but didn't do any of the exits so you couldn't even get out and our cars were all packed in with snow nobody got a warning or told to move their vehicles before they did the parking lot.. I feel like it was a ploy to get people to have to stay because they were snowed in. I literally had a shovel myself out because I didn't have money to stay for another night. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Also their shower water was freezing cold for myself and my children. They wouldn't give us extra pillows we only had four pillows for four people. as well as only two towels. I will not be back because of her. Her husband was nice by trying to help shovel people out but she is not professional at all. they could have so warning that they were going to have the parking lot done. them not even have an exit completed like you couldn't even get out of the parking lots you can literally just go in a circle was definitely a trap to make people stay

Staff was very friendly and worked with me when I knew that I would be later than anticipated. Clean rooms, bathrooms were in excellent shape and everything made for a comfortable stay.
