The owners are great, free kimchi is tasty, the location is almost superior. Some rooms have a bidet and a bathtub which is nice to have.

Mold on windows, a deep unrythmic vibration on the nights - probably from the refrigerators in rooms around, it was hard to sleep sometimes.

Удобное расположение, от станции метро 10 минут, без подъемов или спусков, удобно идти с чемоданом. Полы с подогревом, в конце декабря в комнате было тепло. Окно выходит на тихую улицу. Удобная кухня, вкусный кофе и кимчи, бесплатный рис и рамен, большая душевая.

Долго приходилось ждать набора горячей воды и при принятии душа вода выходила из слива. Не было больших полотенец, только несколько маленьких. Долго не получалось связаться с владельцем, из-за этого потерялись пару часов при заселении.

I have no complaints. Room was very big, and the owners were so kind and wonderful. I highly recommend you stay here if you're travelling, the owners deserve it.

Well I have to write something here, so maybe the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak

オーナーさんの方が特に優しく。。。 設備の説明も丁寧にしてくださって、乾燥機の使い方で迷ってるときも助けてくださってありがたかったです！！ 外の最高気温がマイナスのときに利用しましたが、 部屋の中は暖かくて。。。 エアコンじゃないので乾燥もせず快適に過ごせました！！ アクセスもよく、ホームプラスやロッテマートなどの買い物でも便利な場所でした！

it's close to the subway station, convenient to go downtown Seoul. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Not far there is a burger king, McDonald's, and Costco. The rooms are of. Good size considering it is Seoul. It has free laundry and cheap 2000 won dryer. It has a small kitchen with all needed utensils and free rice, eggs, noodles, and kimchi. I wish there would be free cleaning service they alrrady hire a cleaner for the common spaces, and the rooms are not too big. The terrace definitely needs cleaning and disinfection.
