Akrogialis Sirma Klima

Perfectly located to see the sunset on the balkony infront of the sea. Very cozy and privat. Authentic exoeriance as many of the neightbouring flats are inhabited by locals.

The place was absolutely beautiful. The location, even though a little further from the center, was heavenly. Milos Accommodations were extremely responsive via Whatsapp and their transfer services were always on time. Special thanks to Dimitri who was an amazing driver! The space is clean and neat, and the view is breathtaking.

We encountered ants in the property. It wasn't a huge issue but it was annoying.

The stay exceeded our expectations. Everyday no matter where we went around the island, we were looking forward to return to the house in Klima and enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony. We were worried about the noise from all the people that pass by Klima everyday but the house has good noise cancelation. We appreciated that the cleaner (a lovely lady) asked us if we need anything a couple of times during our stay.

The location is amazing and unique. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a once in a lifetime experience.

While island hoping, my partner and I were seeking to make each island experience completely unique from one another… staying at Akrogialis Sirma Klima gave us just that. The apartment (renovated boat / fisherman homes) sits above a sidewalk that is often flooded by the waves, so be ready for your feet to get wet as you walk to the ladder entrance! The deck is pushed further out than many of the other apartments which makes you feel as those you are literally on top of the sea and gives you a nice sunset view! We took full advantage of the deck space by purchasing groceries so we could enjoy morning breakfast and evening charcuterie on the deck. About the host: very friendly, easy to meet and communicate with, provided us parking, and carried our luggage to the air bnb Staying here was a highlight of the trip for us

The negative comments we have are… The mattress was very hard. All food needs to be put away and stored well or it will attract bugs, we left bread out for a while in the kitchen and aunts got to it. Threw it away, notified the host, and it was taken care of. In fairness we were warned not to keep food out because it’s an old structure in a remote natural area, the space was very clean when we arrived which is in hindsight why we didn’t think more carefully to listen to this advice. This is not a critique but something to be mindful of if you visit and plan to cook anything (as there is only one restaurant in walkable distance), there is no salt/pepper/olive oil so you’ll need to pick them up. Limited kitchen gear, but we easily made due with the two pots available. Plenty cups/plates/utensils

Type and location are great. Parking is provided and you can get room breakfast!

There is no door to bath room. If you are in a couple could be a bit un inconvenient.

Location

This is a very unique place to stay in a beautiful location. We loved hearing the lapping water from our room and watching the sunset from our balcony. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The person who greeted us and took us to our room was also very friendly and helpful.

If you are very tall you will need to bend in the kitchen and bathroom area. The bed also had a very firm mattress which did not suit us. Also there was limited hot water if multiple people want to shower after each other.
