It looks like the photos - however our place didn’t have a pool attached to the unit- It was a separate space.

It was a solid 13 min walk into old town and we are (thankfully) all in good health and fairly fast walkers. Also the Bookings platform has a strong tendency to change dates entered and/or number of people in the party. Make sure all info is accurate to avoid problems.

Spacious, brand new, super clean property with huge deck and comfortable outdoor space for enjoying the ocean view and sunsets. Our villa had a hot tub - some have plunge pools as well! Our concierge, Eirini, was warm, responsive, helpful with recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing and even ensured our refrigerator and pantry were very well stocked with wine, breakfast and snacks upon arrival.

Beautiful and clean new apartment, nice view! Very good service, very good for family or friends. Amazing facilities very good stay!

Not right inside the city centre

This is one of the best apartments I’ve ever rented abroad—equipped with everything you could possibly need: underfloor heating, air conditioners, smart home features, window blinds where they’re needed (for complete darkness while sleeping), and insect screens. Everything was very clean and comfortable, it felt very safe. Location is also super, with less than 2 minutes drive from the old city. I highly recommend these apartments. Finally, I must mention Irini, the complex manager. She is a wonderful, pleasant, and extremely helpful person. Everything I asked of her was taken care of immediately, and she even helped me after we had already left the complex. Thank you, Irini. I highly recommend this place and will definitely want to return in the future :)

The newness, cleanliness were top.

Tight quarters, no hooks for things in bathroom, uncomfortable couch, no sun at pool in afternoon and it was cold.

Персонал был очень любезен, всегда старались помочь и даже пополняли запасы воды, сыров, йогурта и сыра. Всегда было чисто, готовы убирать каждый день, если нужно. Бассейн с потоком для плавания. В доме всё предельно продумано, всё новое и чистое. Соответствует цене. Тихое место, хотя совсем рядом с центром. Управляющая предложит скидку в хорошем ресторане в центре! В соседнем здании есть кафе, которое работает с 6:00 утра и до ночи все дни недели. До Старого Города и всех ресторанов, магазинов, развлечений пешком 12-15 минут; на машине 2-3 минуты. До пляжей нужно ехать на машине минимум 15 минут. До лучшего пляжа в Толо - 20-25 минут. Можно арендовать яхту ROMVI в https://maps.app.goo.gl/AgQX4xXtqMw7o7ko7?g_st=ipc. Пристань в 15 минутах пешком. Капитан заботится обо всём.
