It was very clean and tidy and the location was nice up in the mountains.

We booked this house for two nights but ended up leaving after just one due to multiple serious issues. First of all, the house was extremely cold. There were only two heaters for a three-bedroom property, both located in the hallway. Even the hallway never got warm, and the bedrooms were freezing. The heaters themselves were very noisy at night and didn’t effectively heat the space at all. There should have been a terrace, but upon arrival we found that it was closed and not accessible, which was very disappointing even though the weather was bad. Another major concern was the host’s behavior. The owner (or a lady who works for them, I don’t even know) repeatedly came banging on our door even early in the morning (around 8 AM) without clear reason, and communication was very difficult as she did not speak ANY English. Even more concerning, she entered the house while we were out, without our knowledge or consent. Parking was also an issue. We were given instructions with photos showing three parking options, but after we parked in one of those spots, the owner insisted we move the car into a garage that was not mentioned in the instructions. Which would have been fine with me but then say so in the beginning. Unfortunately, the garage had an uneven entrance, which caused our rental car (which is low) to scrape on the underside. Also the listing stated that there is a washing machine in the house but we weren’t able to find it so after contacting the owner we found out it’s in a different building in the backyard. Good to know. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable and stressful experience, and we would not recommend staying here.

Die Unterkunft ist nett und gut eingerichtet. Ich hatte Glück, dass Personal vor Ort war und ein paar Erklärungen geben konnte. Ansonsten ist es eine Remote Herberge

Für jemanden, der ohne Auto unterwegs ist, liegt die Unterkunft in einer Gegend, die keinerlei Gastronomie zur Verfügung stellt. Das muss man wissen. Circa 45-60 Minuten Fußweg muss man einplanen, um Gastronomie zu finden.
