Habib Bourguiba View Apartment

The location is excellent, and the flat was clean, making me feel right at home. The person managing the flat is amazing—professional and quick to respond to any questions I had. The air conditioning worked well, and the internet was fast. We couldn't have asked for more.

Confortable. Très près des restos, magasins. Hôte très communicatif en français, prêt á tout faire pour notre confort et flexible pour l'arrivée et le départ.

Ni table ni chaises pour manger ensemble. On mange sur le sofa. Cuisine et salle de bain de base.

The apartment is very beautiful and cozy, it is very well ubicated and Ashraf, the owner, is super nice and always willing to support with everything he can.

handy central location but in a very rundown down building.

the apartment was up 2 large flights of stairs and was very old and very care-worn. Altogether it was quite depressing although the lounge and bedrooms were a good size. as others have commentated, the guy was attentive but I guess he has to be as there is so much that can go wrong with buildings this old. we had paid more than usual to have a nicer than usual place for the last 2 nights of our 5 week holiday but ended up with somewhere not nearly as nice as much cheaper places in Tunis and elsewhere.

Achref is very friendly and attentive. He will wait for you and show you how to access the property. The property is very central and easy to travel to and front. Spacious and air conditioned. The kitchen is equipped with stove, coffee machine and cooking utensils.
