Sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Super bequemes Bett. Schönes Bad mit typischen benötigten Utensilien. Nette Tipps für die Umgebung. Um die Ecke konnte man gut Frühstücken. Können wir gehe empfehlen. Parken ging im sie Ecke ganz gut. Fön vorhanden. Ruhig.

Very clean and large room with balcony. Newly renovated. Had a kettle which isn’t always found in rooms on the island. Lovely owner.

Key card and key system were not easy when 1 set is provided for 2 travellers. I kept locking myself out the room. Coffee machine was outside the room but only tiny paper cups were provided and no instructions for the machine. Electric Blinds were down in the room when we checked in at night, then raised in the morning - we had no control over them, so only saw the view in the morning.

Great if you want to be in the center of Villasimius. Very nice room (we arrived too late with the booking and only found the twin room, but it wasn't that bad. Spotless, nice bathroom with bidet and ample shower. And for me, it was thrilling that they had the blinds (electronic so you could choose from absolute darkness to bright light and everything in between. I can't sleep with standard curtains, and this was a bonus. The main road is 3 minutes away, but the property is on a tranquil street. Maybe the hanger for the clothes might be a bit small if you stay long, but for us it was ok. If you like walking, you will get to the main beach, Simius, too, but it takes 20 minutes or more without a car. The parking space is close to the property ( 2/3 minutes), and many amenities like bars and restaurants are around. The host, Chiara, and her father were very kind and attentive. There is also a little patio with a table and chairs (communal, but we didn't see anyone) and something to hang your towels and clothes after the beach or if you wash something, very useful. I would go back, this time in the room with the big bed :) Recommended for sure. I slept like a baby!! :)

Nothing. The twin bed was the last one available, and Chiara told us that she couldn't change rooms only because they were already occupied, so I'd say nothing!
