Everything was very clean and cozy, the place is furnished and decorated with so much love and care. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The town where the property was located is very beautiful and we felt like in a fairytale.

The apartment was cute, clean, and the area was quiet and beautiful.

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment and paid for a 2 bedroom apartment, but was given only a one bedroom unit. The owner offered no explanation and no price adjustment for the smaller place. Instead, he spent 2 days arguing with me about it and trying to convince me that he had given me a nice gift by giving me a "nicer" apartment. Finally, after I provided evidence that I had actually booked a 2 bedroom apartment, he offered me a pitiful 40€ refund. We will see if it appears on my credit card. The 2 bedroom unit I had booked remained empty the entire time we were there, so there was no reason we couldn't have stayed in it. I suppose he thought he would save money by not paying to have the bigger place cleaned, and at the same time, he would make a little money by cheating me out of the place I booked. The sleeping arrangements were uncomfortable and awkward because I had to share a bedroom with my travel companions, one of whom was sick. The apartments are not readily accessible by car, and most of the apartments are reached by climbing steep stairs. If you have small children or an older dog (or older humans!) this place will be difficult or even hazardous. Also, the internet is terrible.

Optically appealing apt, good bed and well equipped kitchen

All was clean except a dusty floor. Room smelled musty. Internet did not function and host gave no explanation or assistance in this matter.

The property was very clean. Easy to get to Levanto if you have a car. Walking distance to restaurants.

Nice modern apartment with all the facilities. Very quiet location for a well deserved sleep after visiting 5 terre. Very helpful and kind host.
