Regarding the building, I noticed that the description did not mention it being on the third floor. I was also somewhat disappointed to find a cockroach, which we had to remove.
ESEra un sitio tranquilo. El apartamento está reformado y bonito. Zona tranquila y segura.
Es un sitio muy pequeño. Esta en un tercer piso sin ascensor. Solo hay una cama de matrimonio. Lo demas son unos sofás duros. No hay ventilador ni aire acondicionado. Abrimos la terraza. El parking queda un poco alejado.

FRPetit studio très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. On s'y sent bien, il est confortable. Il se trouve dans un quartier très agréable à vivre. Je vous le conseille.
Une très grosse vague de chaleur à fait remonter des cafards sur la terrasse :( Heureusement, dès que le temps est revenu à la normal, ils ont disparu.
AUEverything!!! The space was perfect for what we needed, smart TV is a bonus, location is close to many restaurants, the shower is really good. But the best bit about this was Yassine (owner). He ensured everything was perfect for us. He even gave us kitesurfing lessons which we loved so much we went back the next day! Don’t think twice about booking this!

GBThe terrace is not a usable space that gets sun. I don't see how you can call it a terrace. The accomodations is tiny. A small box built on the roof terrace. Not good value and not outside space with sun

GBSuch a great place to stay in a quiet part of town, yet still only a 5 minute walk to the beach and around 20 mins to the Medina. The studio itself is really cosy with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. We will 100% stay here again the next time we’re in Essaouira
