Had a lovely stay! The place was nice, clean, and well-maintained you can tell they really care about keeping everything in top shape. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always greeting with a smile and ready to assist. It made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. Would definitely come back again!

I had an amazing experience staying at Maadathil Beach Resort in Varkala. The location is simply stunning – a true beach-facing paradise with a spectacular view of the sunset right over the sea. It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the natural beauty of Kerala. The food at the resort was equally impressive. Every dish I tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared — honestly, every item on the menu is a must-try! The restaurant truly adds to the charm of the place. What made the stay even better was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, active, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel at home. Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Everything from the location and food to the hospitality was perfect and exceeded my expectations.

Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. As other reviewers have said the location is just perfect. A little bit further from the busy part of Varkala cliff, so the beach is less crowded and more peaceful here. The hotel rooms are very spacious, clean and has everything you might need. Staff were super helpful and friendly too.

The hotel might ask for 50% upfront payment that can be made by bank transfer or via PayPal. We made a payment via PayPal and needed to cover PayPal transfer fees.

A beautiful hotel in a stunning setting! We had one of the bungalows at the top, which had a good-sized balcony - perfect for enjoying the view of the sea, watching the fishermen, and listening to the constant sound of the waves. All staff were very attentive, especially the manager, Aslam - nothing was too much trouble for them, and he was very helpful with providing information prior to our visit. A good breakfast was also provided.
