Executive center rooms

The room was very clean and prepared for us :) Our host was very helpful and always there if we needed anything.

First of all, Claudio was top notch host, he was really doing a great job and making our trip better. He was always there for you to help you and give you an advice about Bari and surroundings. The room was spacious, absolutely clean and modern, equipped with all the essentials (fridge, TV, microwave, iron, etc). Beds were amazing and comfortable. Balcony was really great as well. There is a complimentary mini bar in the common space where you can make yourself tea, coffee and also there is a drinking water available. Overall it is a good experience and we didn’t issue any negative experiences other than few critics below:

Unfortunately there were a thing or two not mentioned in the booking description. Basically this is a big flat shared with other guests and all the bathrooms are indeed private but external. So if you expect complete privacy and having your own space - this can be a bit challenging. It is leaning more to a hostel rather than hotel/apartment experience. Walls are pretty thin so if you have for example a snoring guest in the room next to yours - good luck. The transportation is not ideal, as there is only one bus going to the center with the schedule like antibiotic, and you need at least 15,20 min to reach the center once it arrives. With the car I believe it is a better story as there are many parking lots. Also, there are no supermarkets in the near vicinity.

Fabulous place to stay, very good location (easy to arrive to cnter by car or bus). Super clean, big and comfortable room, huge bed and also privat parking. Brakefast at the near cafe was perfect. Most important and best of all - our host CLAUDIO - absolitly wanderful, always there to assist every issue with a smile and a charismatic italian personality 😊 Highly reccomended!!! We will definitely be back!

The host was very kind and accommodating. The place was very convenient if you have an electric car because there is 300 kw charger across the street and also there is free parking in the garage provided by the host.
