Great calm, peaceful spot just a few minutes walk to damn

Various types of camping and location. Very peaceful, not crowded.

Lance is very responsive to your needs. There is a large refrigerator and microwave. You will need to bring your own microwavable items for cooking. He did bring us some paper plates and plasticware. Better to bring your own. Very quiet unless you have neighbors who bang their screen door. That was comfortable. Bear floor so we brought our own rugs Culligan water dispenser. Nice outdoor seating.

Check in and out were easy. Sitting by the river in the Adirondack chairs was so nice. Dogs are allowed. There are lots of things to rent or check out to keep a group occupied. You can see that consistent improvements are being made to the resort.

Kitchen was well enough equipped. Beds are surprisingly very comfortable and it was clean inside.

Construction starts at like 0600 (eventually this place should be incredible) but overall not yet there. The bathtub was quite scary and very old.

Owners super nice, quiet place, great area if you like nature, river, damn, fishing. Great beaches near by. Only 9miles from LkMichigan.

Good location adjacent to the Betsie River and Homestead dam where salmon can be spotted leaping upstream. Enjoyed the quiet, secluded setting and the dark night sky for stargazing. Close to a grocery store and town of Beulah. Owner was friendly and informative.

Tiny shower stall was quite tight and water smelled of rust, but thankfully bottled water was provided. Simulated wood flooring was soft in places and very noisy when walked upon. Otherwise, comfortable enough for a rustic cottage.
