La terrazza

Maximálna spokojnosť. Super lokalita, apartman je v staršom dome, medzi domácimi, úplne sme si užili taliansky vibe, priamo v centre mesta, čistý a dobre vybavený apartmán, klimatizovaný. Terasa na streche je topka. K dispozícii je aj slnečník na pláž. Majiteľ bol nápomocný, rýchlo reagoval na všetky otázky.

Nám sa páčilo všetko, len pre info, ubytovanie nie je vhodné pre menej mobilných ľudí.

Posto molto caratteristico in pieno centro storico a due passi da qualsiasi cosa. Il plus é stata la terrazza fantastica. La proprietà é stata molto presente e disponibile.

Amamos a localizacao, bem perto de tudo em Alghero. Esse terraço é maravilhoso!!

Não se pode entrar de carro na cidade antiga, somente moradores....então foi bem difícil pra estacionar e tivemos que parar o carro bem longe da acomodação.

El sofá cama de abajo no era cómodo Para nosotros las escaleras de acceso no fueron un problema pero para personas con movilidad reducida no es este alojamiento

The apartment is in good location in the downtown. I appreciate the landlord allowed us to check-in at 1 PM vs official 4 PM. It has generous terrace, which is the main benefit of the apartment.

The main pain point is a combination of the neighbours (couple of strong smokers) living 2 floors below and the fact the sofa is literally next to the entry door which do not prevent the cigarette smoke to enter the apartment. Despite the landlord installed an air cleaner, it helps only partially. I felt like sleeping in smoking room in old hotel. My children also complained on cigarette smoke. The entry door also does not create a sound barrier, so I heard the neigbours from 6 AM.While I understand the landlord cannot be responsible for the neigbours, this is a material disadvantage of this apartment. Perhaps installation of a new entry door would help.
